Raymond Dubrule
Community Manager
Raymond “Ray” Dubrule joined HHHunt in August 2021 as a Leasing Consultant at Abberly Waterstone in Stafford, VA. In November 2023 he transferred to Nashville to join the Abberly Riverwalk Team. Ray has worked in customer service since 2008 and utilizes his managerial skills to help build a sense of community at Abberly Riverwalk Apartments. Ray loves traveling and meeting new people from all walks of life. He is fulfilled by helping provide housing to members and future members of the communities in which he lives. Ray likes to spend his free time exploring the city and going on adventures with his dogs Pepper & Maxwell.
Brytney Morris
Assistant Community Manager
Originally from Memphis, TN, Brytney is a dedicated property management professional who has been engaged in the industry since August 2017. Brytney’s career has taken her from Indianapolis to Nashville, where she has been a proud member of the esteemed HHHunt Team since May 2024. At Abberly Riverwalk, Brytney thrives in a welcoming and family-oriented environment that fosters both personal and professional growth. This positive atmosphere enables her to deliver exceptional performance daily, contributing to a productive and happy workplace. Outside Brytney’s professional life she has a passion for traveling the world, honing her skills as a hair stylist, and enjoying the art of roller skating.
Atiaya Horst
Leasing Consultant
Originally from South Bend, Indiana, Atiaya Horst began her career in the leasing industry in July 2022. Her passion for connecting with people and creating welcoming communities led her to Nashville, TN in October 2025, where she proudly joined the HHHunt family. Outside of work, Atiaya enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, trying new activities, and playing sand volleyball. She also cherishes quality time with her family and friends.
Steve Smith
Service Manager
Born in Virginia, Steve moved to Nashville on Christmas Eve in 2018! He has been in property management since the late 1990’s and joined the Abberly Riverwalk Team in June 2023. In his free time, Steve is catching up on things around the house and traveling to Tennessee’s many wonderful sites
Dan Greenwalt
Service Technician
A Colorado native, Dan moved to Nashville in January 2023 to be close to family and joined the Abberly Riverwalk Team in April of the same year. He enjoys the culture with HHHunt, and the new and different challenges working outside brings. Dan’s passion outside of work are baseball and helping young men achieve their dreams of playing at the next level, whether that is college or professional baseball.
Dylan Riddle
Service Technician
Born in Columbus, Indiana, Dylan moved to Tennessee in 1993 and has worked in the service industry since 2015. He joined the Abberly Riverwalk Team in March 2024 as a Service Technician. In his free time, Dylan likes to go camping and hiking.
Robert Riddle
Service Technician
Robert, a lifelong resident of Sparta, Tennessee, has dedicated his career to the service industry since 2018. In July 2024, he joined the Abberly Riverwalk team, where he excels in delivering exceptional customer service. Outside of work, he pursues his passion for automotive mechanics and enjoys spending time with his canine companion, Copper.
